Conditions of Use

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the mm666 website at mm666.today, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any software or application made available by mm666 to Players.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration and verification on the mm666 Platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a Player using Real Money Funds held in their mm666 Account balance.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a Player in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or any other accepted currency held in the Player's mm666 wallet balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, free spins value, or match bonus amounts awarded to a Player by mm666 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by mm666 prior to processing withdrawal requests or at any point mm666 deems necessary to verify identity.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual under the age of 21, any individual accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited, or any individual whose account has been permanently suspended by mm666.

By ticking any acceptance checkbox during the mm666 registration process, by completing the registration process, or by using any part of the mm666 Platform after the effective date of this Agreement, you confirm and warrant that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Clause 1 of this Agreement;
• You are accessing the mm666 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of any third party;
• All information provided by you during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, current, and complete.

Use of the mm666 Platform is restricted to eligible individuals only. The following eligibility requirements are absolute and non-negotiable:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mm666 enforces a strict 21+ policy without exception. If you are under 21, you are a Prohibited Person and must not register or use the Platform.
• Identity: You must be a real, natural person. Corporate entities, automated accounts, and bot registrations are prohibited.
• One Account: Each individual may hold only one mm666 Account. Maintaining multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension.
• Jurisdiction: You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the mm666 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. mm666 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

mm666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. Accounts that cannot be verified to the Company's satisfaction may be suspended pending completion of verification.

To access the full functionality of the mm666 Platform, including the ability to deposit funds and place wagers, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate personal information. mm666 collects the following information during registration:

• Full legal name as appearing on your government-issued identification;
• Date of birth (confirming you are 21 or older);
• Pakistani mobile number in the 03XX format, or a valid email address;
• Preferred payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank account details, or card details);
• A password of your choosing, subject to mm666's minimum security requirements.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, mm666 requires completion of KYC verification. Players must submit the following documents upon request:

• A clear copy or photograph of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash wallet showing registered name and number);
• Proof of address may be required in certain cases at mm666's discretion.

mm666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Pakistani players:

The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the mm666 Platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. mm666 does not process withdrawals to a different payment method than was used to deposit.
• mm666 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which mm666 bears no responsibility.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. mm666 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.
• Funds deposited to your mm666 account are held in a segregated player account and are not used for operational purposes.

mm666 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players. All bonuses offered by mm666 are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become available for withdrawal. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 20%). The contribution rates for each game type are published in the bonus terms accompanying each individual promotion.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While playing with an active bonus balance, the maximum permissible single wager is Rs 1,000 unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagers exceeding this amount while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus funds and associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the validity window will be automatically removed from the Player's account without notice.
• Abuse Prevention: mm666 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus is being abused, that the Player has violated any bonus term, or that multiple accounts have been used to claim the same promotion.

The following rules govern the placement and settlement of all wagers on the mm666 Platform:

• All wagers on the mm666 Platform are final once confirmed. mm666 does not accept cancellations of confirmed wagers except in exceptional circumstances at the Company's sole discretion.
• mm666 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all virtual casino games. RNG certificates are available upon request.
• Live casino games are operated using physical equipment in licenced studios. The decisions of live dealers are final and binding.
• Sports betting markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL, the UFC for mixed martial arts events). mm666 reserves the right to delay settlement where an official result is disputed or under review.
• In the event of a manifest error in a published odd, price, or payout — whether due to a software fault, data feed error, or human mistake — mm666 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's account.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed in the relevant game lobby or betting interface prior to wager placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mm666 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all associated funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to multi-player poker, live dealer games, or any game where the actions of one Player can influence the outcome for another;
• Chip Dumping: Intentionally losing to another Player to transfer funds in a manner that circumvents mm666's anti-money laundering controls;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to play games or place bets without genuine human input;
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting differences between mm666 odds and odds offered by other operators to guarantee profit regardless of outcome;
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a manifest software error, pricing error, or game malfunction to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions;
• Fraud & Money Laundering: Using the mm666 Platform for the purposes of financial fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Identity Fraud: Providing false identity documents, creating accounts in the name of another person, or impersonating any other individual.

mm666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8;
• Reasonable belief that the Player is under 21 years of age;
• Player request for voluntary self-exclusion under the mm666 Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, mm666 reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the account, including Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds. Where closure is at mm666's discretion for non-breach reasons, any legitimate Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player subject to identity verification.

mm666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe gaming environment for all registered Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all mm666 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated session time reminders that display a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used to place wagers or make deposits.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mm666 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not confer any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publish any content from the mm666 Platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform;
• Use mm666's trademarks or branding in any commercial or non-commercial context without prior written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on mm666's Intellectual Property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• mm666 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose;
• mm666 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical failure, indirect damages, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform;
• mm666's total liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim;
• mm666 is not responsible for any communication or network failures, interruptions in internet service, or device failures that prevent a Player from accessing the Platform or completing a wager;
• Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the mm666 Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

mm666 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the mm666 Privacy Policy.

Key data protection principles applied by mm666 include:

• Personal data is collected only for specified, lawful purposes and is not processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes;
• Player data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes;

• Players have the right to request access to their personal data held by mm666 by contacting the support team.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you may close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the mm666 Platform after the effective date of any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mm666 holds its gaming licence. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through mm666's internal complaints procedure:
